“I’m not afraid of you,” he chokes out, and unlike the last time he seems to actually believe it.
Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.
“What, are you still convinced of that absurd theory?” he says. (You get the impression that he may be… failing to realize that things that are obvious to him may not be obvious to other people with different states of knowledge.) “I’m not some kind of idiot who would destroy evidence of cult activity just out of anger at seeing a cult symbol, that’s ridiculous. It’s just a symbol, it has no power on its own.”
After the two get out of the alleyway…
“I can’t say I understand the totality of the situation, but I believe it to be a disagreement turned violent. Thanks to your help, nobody is dead. I’ll take it upon myself as a priest to ensure that no fighting starts up again and that everyone can safely go home.”
He considers the universe.
“You look quite exhausted. Are you alright?”
“I would gladly testify in a court of law to your actions today,” Drakor scoffed. “Whether or not the corruption that has ensnared you extends even to the justice system remains to be seen, but your position is so indefensible a child with a rock could breach it.”
He continued. “You claim we were trying to rob you. This is false. First, you insisted on following us after I found tracks leading from the crime scene. Nobody invited you.”
Drakor’s voice was bored, monotone. “Second, when bystanders arrived, did I threaten them? Did I try to silence them? No. I ordered one of them to seek medical aid and the other to fetch the Watch, despite your treachery being enough to make a worg proud. Are these the actions of a thief? Ridiculous.”
He yawned. “Finally, we didn’t even take anything off your person while you were unconscious. Idiot.”
“I’ll be fine, it just took me a few minutes to find a healer.” She swallows, casting a nervous glance back at the alleyway. “Are they going to kill me?”
He answers with a quick “No, no. You are safe. If you are still worried though, I would suggest getting out of the area.”

“Drakor is correct. Now why did you attack us?” Zelsh asked Rafau curiously. “Remember, we can go to the temple and pay to have you put under a truth spell before questioning you.” Zelsh reminds the guard.
(He’s referring to the immediate area but it is open to interpretation. I guess.)
He props himself up on his elbows. “I didn’t lay a hand on you until you had already wounded me, and even then I tried to subdue you without harming you before I was forced to resort to violence. Regardless of your motives, you have assaulted an officer of the law, and you will answer for your crimes.”
(He sounds very confident. Whether he’s correctly confident is harder to say, and much less likely given that he’s just fed you his intended story.)
You don’t need to tell her twice! She walks away quickly.
“You were…” He visibly pauses to consider his phrasing. “…endangering the operations of the Watch. I simply wished to ensure things did not get… out of hand.”
“That’s a lie and you know it. You attacked us first.” Zelsh reminded Rafau.
“Tell me, who was first to draw blood?”
“We were doing no such thing.” Zelsh countered.
“Tell Zelsh, who was the first to try to do so?” Zelsh countered.
Drakor began cleaning his dueling dagger. “Believing that could qualify as a test of lunacy. Now if you would be so kind as to not stab me in the back, I have tracks to follow and a cult to catch.”
He began to walk away, towards the direction of the tracks he had been following earlier.

(resuming tracking)
(drakor has made his points and thinks arguing with a clearly corrupt individual is pointless)
