(Can I ask how to transport her back without it being a logistical nightmare)

Drakor pinched the bridge of his nose. “You are so impatient.”

He shook his head. “I wanted to like you. But this is honestly offensive to me on a professional level.”

(Also can I sense motive to see if she wa lying)

(you may)

In practice, the simplest thing to do would be to find someone in the village who’s willing to host you, make arrangements to stop her from escaping in the night, and bring her back tomorrow (possibly after some healing, or possibly using the Double Up On A Horse trick). If you want to make it back tonight, well, first of all you’ll be arriving well after dark (+ have to roll for a Forced March ™), but second of all basically all your options are going to be logistically complicated.

I’ll retire the horse and then ask around for option A, explaining the situation as necessary.

It seems like she’s being basically honest with you — she’s holding back some information about why she blames Martyn Kaver for her brother’s death (…and what Kaver actually did, though you’ve heard an account from The Random Guy In This House), but it does seem like her plan was basically as described.

Your luck is… mixed… but you do find a few people willing to host, with various more-favorable or less-favorable stipulations.

“You want to keep a murderer in my house? Have you gone mad? We have children—”

“Yes, yes, of course, the Two-Headed Eagle teaches that every man has a price. Twenty crowns for the night, and you can use my whole house.”

“Dear, are you sure—”

“We’ll sleep at my parents’, it’ll be fine.”

“Hasn’t anyone ever told you, when the wolf shows you his teeth, he’s not smiling?”

“Sweet gods… we have room for two people, but… no criminals.”

“I suppose our barn needs some repairs. Tell you what, you take care of the repairs, you can sleep in it when they’re done.”

I’ll give these options to the group and go to bed irl

The correct answer is the barn though

Back in Granite Hill (slightly later than the current time in Raven’s Nest), sunset comes with no additional people showing up with spider injuries or anything along those lines. Agneta stops back at the temple for the evening channel, and (given the lack of injuries thus far) converts another spell slot to a Cure Light Wounds for Arius as well.

(Arius (@Zone_Q11) can heal 5 more HP)

Still back in Granitehill/Granite Hill:

The rest of the fourth of Gozran passes uneventfully for you, and so does the night, though you do hear rumors of arguments between the militia about who has to watch Sten — most members of the militia are also farmers, and they aren’t exactly happy about having to put the planting on hold so they can keep watch over Sten. The next day also initially passes smoothly, and you start to recover from your injuries. (Arius, you get 1 HP of natural healing on top of the magical healing you already received; Zelsh and Bugibugi recover 4 points of Strength each.)

In late morning, as Agneta is packing up her supplies to head back to the temple, you all hear a scream coming from downstairs.
