“…Issian baron’s in town. Esk… I can’t pronounce it.”

“Again?”

“Yeah, again. I heard he’s staying with Messire Pannin the jeweler.”

“With a jeweler? Not… the lord-mayor?...”

“… you know Sacred Warrior Taras is noble-blooded?”

“Really? He doesn’t act like it at all.”

“Really! His mother’s brother’s the baron across the river, and his father’s from somewhere way up north…”

“…and supposedly he dropped a ton of money at Jan’s. For some reason.”

“Jan the bookseller, or Jan the wine merchant?”

“The bookseller! Barons spending money on wine would hardly be news…”

“…Ugh, more southerners? Don’t they have, like, farms?”

“Right? If you ask me, the lord-mayor should charge them a fee if they want to enter. Ten crowns, that seems fair to me.”

“You’re so Abadaran. Just don’t allow farmers to move here at all…”

“…tenement houses are already so crowded. Isn’t there anywhere else they could go?”

“Maybe they could inflict themselves on the Issians.”

“Wouldn’t that be something. But what if they just get picked up by Issian pirates? As recruits, I mean, not as targets…”

“You know, I heard the baron up north’s been calling up more soldiers. Maybe our baron should do that to all the farmers who’ve been moving in for no reason.”

“…know you’ve been saying he’s responding to us, but I don’t think that can be it, Dad! He’s been gathering forces since before things here even heated up again! There’s got to be…”

“…heard thirty of them showed up, and all from the same village…”

“Thirty? Righteous gods, what happened …”

“…no one there when the Watch visited, but the cellar had an unholy symbol in blood .”

“In blood ? You don’t seriously believe that, do you?”

“Well… look, even if it wasn’t really blood, the fact that it seems plausible still proves just how far those cults will go…”

“…and they’re selling all kinds of things, but what I think is most interesting are the broadsheets from New Stetven. They’re all out of date, but…”

“…I heard the Copper Dragon ran clean out of room. Clean out! Why does anyone even stay there?”

“Well, it’s cheap, isn’t it?”

“But that just means it sucks! Don’t they want…”

Drakor waited until Wanderer had finished concentrating. “Any leads?” he asked.

(I’m presuming we can tell what he’s doing based on the spell description)

Wanderer will, in rough terms, communicate the various things he saw/heard and the context he saw/heard them under.

“I am rather interested in Jan the Bookseller, but I trust that you have better judgement in the interest of our objective.”

“We should probably split up,” Drakor said. “Seven of us is a fairly large group, and we can investigate more leads this way.”

He looked at Arius. “The bookseller also is of interest to me.”

Canary is visibly waiting for everyone to pick their investigation spot so she can be alone.

“Good idea.” Zrlsh told Drakor with a nod of agreement.

“It’s a good approach. We split up during the day and meet up at a location at night, if at all possible.”

(what time is it ingame anyways?)
