Amelia investigating Silviu and claiming they’re a Jedi does line up with my Jedi read on Silviu.
I think that the next two policies passed will tell us where the possible lines are depending on the number of Jedi policies claimed over 5 governments.

I think that Silviu wasn’t a bad investigate choice, as admittedly they aren’t the easiest slot to read.
