Secret Palpatine - Completed - Jedi (Whysper, Jarek, Jane, AtNoName, Squirrel, Crichard) Win

Yes, yes, backreading is very important to get on track. But keep in mind that evil people won’t just suddenly slip off if they aren’t under pressure to do something.

I mean Seth was basically a consensus town even before the RT.

Hey AtNo what do you think of Jane if you didn’t say that already.

I mean prob still Palpatine, but who knows.

Realistically, one of my scumteam could be exchanged for either CRich/Squirrel mostly because I’d rather not think of having 3 scums be next to each other.

RBB was probably a lie

I have made it very clear I was pretty confident in him or Whysper being Palpatine

Come on, do you really expect Palpatine!Isolde to take the risk of lying about the results when you already said you nominated them because you wanted to test them?

Isolde even strongly townreads you, so why would he assume you’re sith signalling to them instead of Jedi trying to set him up?

And even then, Palpatine won’t always pass a Sith policy when given the choice, because they can also win by being picked with 3 Sith policies enacted.

You put no thought into this “reactiontest” and no thought into whether or not the results were even useful, thus it is fake.

No, but if it did work then it’s practically an outed Palpatine, why do you think I haven’t drawn a single conclusion from it? You’re acting like I got the result of “Wow, Seth isn’t Palpatine!” No, it’s just unlikely he is compared to Whysper now in my eyes, if he slipped up then I’d know he’s more than likely Palpatine and I’d die on that hill gladly.

He can easily be fake-townreading me thinking I’m actually scum, yet you clearly aren’t thinking about this whatsoever.

Jane, I’ve played SH before, the Palpatine almost never enacts a Sith policy when given the choice, I’m very aware of it, the other route was in the case that I got RRR in which everything was fucked up.

And if it’s fake, literally what does it change for you? Personally I don’t give a shit if you believe it or not, but even so, you calling it fake changes…nothing for anyone else, including myself.

You literally said it cemented your trust in him even more.

You said you were testing for Palpatine, Palpatine will most likely say their real reads, try to find sith along with town and go for the easier wincon of being picked once 3rd sith policy passes.

So you agree with me there was no merit from it, but still trust Isolde more because of it.

It makes me much more suspicious of you than I already was :wowee:

Well, if something’s sus for you, I’m glad that your rolecard grants you a voice

Yes
because like I said literally here:

But of course you wouldn’t quote that part since it already counters your point.

That’s not the way I play but sure then, we’ll go with that.

yes
I mean it’s mostly because he picked the fucking Jedi policy over the Sith one with 2 already enacted, but it’s also because he didn’t fall for it, just because it barely gained anything doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth it

Take every opportunity you can to win, even if that counts for someone else slipping up to get it, it’s not really hard, I do the same thing in BOTC as well, almost never works, but when it does, boom, it’s a win

Why wouldn’t you take a chance to possibly trick a player into slipping up?

And…this changes something? The game is already gone to shit, it’s been divided already by pointless arguing and countless backtracks because y’all think “social reads” are actually going to work and it’s honestly just a joke
good luck with that though
if you’re good and we lose then don’t come crying to me afterwards

It does literally nothing.
You’re still using the “reactiontest” to trust Isolde more than Whysper, even though you agree there’s no reason to do so.

so what I’m hearing is nobody here knows how to do a reaction test

Because there’s more reasons to trust Isolde more than there is for me to trust Whysper, even including the reaction test on top.

There’s nothing to say that Whysper didn’t get RBB and dropped a B, but for me I have knowledge that Seth chose in RB, that’s another reason for me to trust him more than Whysper, the only reason I suspect these 2 are because of social reads which I’m 99% sure aren’t working in this game

Well

My pea brain can’t even figure out what Wazza did as a reaction test so

:wowee:

I claimed I gave Seth Jedi/Jedi when in reality I gave him Sith/Jedi

Wait so

How does that apparently make you any more confident on seths alignment

because he instantly called me out
He could’ve easily have thought I was Sith softing to him if he was Palpatine

I mean

Sure I guess

In my humble opinion o

God fucking damn it
