That leaves 3 Jedi policies if all of this is true.
Can Amelia be a Jedi who had the bad luck to have 2 Sith policies? Yes it’s possible, yet if there are < 5 Jedi policies by card count then Wazza/Amelia + next two governments would have to contain at least one Sith ditching Jedi policies.

waiting 24 hours for people to do stuff is kinda the main drawback
There should be a way to fix this
Like give people 3 hours of playtime consistently so people are there when things happen
I.E
Every day between 7 pm and 10 pm the games playing
It’d be hard with timezones but it could work
