Aleph draws the Scroll

That was the whole reason of voting for Drinks.
To discard one of their discardable card and use up their impostor.
(To be honest, if I was in the place of Drinks I would have put the scroll card into the 5 pile, if I had any.)
Oh, I thought the point of voting Drinks was to make them discard their scroll so they couldn’t use it with Imposter. But yeah, if they knew Imposter was used up, putting the scroll in the 5 pile would have been better.
Well.
That was the original one.
But that would boil down, where Drinks put their scroll, and Kanave didn’t want to go into mindgames. So went with the second optipn and disable their impostor. (We knew Drinks had a bribe, and they probably had a scroll too, if they had any third card which is discarded when shown via voting, we could garantuee to prock the impostor during re-draft.)
Worst case scenario was that Drinks had only a scroll and a bribe (in which case they could hide in the 2-pile), which was probably not their hand at the time of voting.

Them discarding the scroll inheriently used up their imposter, which we only learned after making the plan. With that knowledge tossing a bribe was our best outcome, and drinks would want a scroll to be back in circulation
that is of course, unless someone’s alignment is closer than it may seem

fwiw, i think drinks at the very least is capable of flipping, which would explain holding the scroll
