Hi everyone! Some of y’all may know me as Pug but I feel too changed as a person to use that name anymore.

Decided to make a forum account, while I won’t be joining any forum mafias due to anxiety reasons, I’m happy to hang out and spectate.

It’s been a wild couple of years for me, I’m a somewhat prolific Minecraft Modder now, I’m entering game development properly, haven’t started the programming or assets yet, but I’ve worked lots on worldbuilding.

I guess stick by if you want to see whatever I feel like posting a given day, or if you want to just say hi, that’s fine too.

Calico is a color/pattern, not a breed…

Any cat who is black/brown, orange, and white (or grey, cream, and white) is considered “calico”. Without the white, they’re called “tortoiseshell”. Almost all tortoiseshell/calico cats are female because the colouration occurs as a result of the gene that codes for whether a cat’s fur is orange or black, which is carried only on the X chromosome. A cat with exclusively orange alleles is just orange (OO for females, O for males), a cat with exclusively black is just black (BB for females, B for males), and a cat with one of each is tortoiseshell/calico (OB/BO for females, not possible for males unless they have an extra chromosome or are otherwise intersex)
