Oof. This is inconvenient for the wolf team. So usually hammers in lylo are out of convenience, if its 1 wolf in f3 it really doesnt matter but in f5 with 2 and especially in f7 with 3 it incentivizes wolves to try to coordinate a snipe at eod, so the game outcome might ride on that, and some players might miss out on that due to timezones. Luckily for me im not a wolf so this doesnt inconvenience me but this is generally the reason why lylos are locked
Well theres also the town pov angle. In non-locked lylo votes you might be lied to about ppls reads by the wolves so youre also incentivized to camp eod and look for snipe votes
I dont think its thaaat big of a deal, town needs to all be united to win either way. I suppose just different; and its nice to be available for eod

Garfooled isn’t towny. Pretending confusion and asking questions could go either way and perfectly aligns with her scumrange.
The thing I thought was towny was the indignance/feeling of reads being obvious, I thought w!Garfooled would probably be a bit softer and shier
Eaves is theoretically town. Specifically the villager archetype who’s difficult to reason with, unapologetically so. Which in general crosses as that villager impression who’ll be framed lategame.
I don’t hold that feeling. Gar didn’t stick to criticising Tutuu’s grounds until satisfied. She prodded a few then regretfully backed down. It’s boldly outspoken befuddlement.
