ok yeah looking at the start of worst setup there’s immediately mech focus, including the first post where Kelsier asks someone about their role (in the game where It is highly ill-advised to claim your role, as a mafia-aligned Lying Darkness is in the game.)

Blood on the Clocktower (at night)
Players: 7-12
Chance of Death: None
Mobile-friendly: Kind of
Duration: Roughly two hours
Discord Access: REQUIRED, INCLUDING VOICE CHAT
Other Notes: This event will start TWO HOURS AFTER the end of the Day (at 2025-07-06T23:00:00Z), and will run for roughly two hours after that (but may run a bit longer). Please ONLY sign up if you can commit to that timeframe. If you are not present at the scheduled time, I may start it without you.

How to play:

• You will be playing Blood on the Clocktower, storytold by one of our faculty members. The rules can be found here (though note that some aspects of the rules are only relevant to IRL play).
• To the extent possible, please familiarize yourself with the rules if you will be playing. I am of course willing and able to answer any rules questions that come up during play, but I want the game to run smoothly and not take more than a couple hours.
• You will be playing Trouble Brewing. The script (list of potential roles) can be found here.
• Playercount has been capped at 12 due to Storyteller and time constraints.
• The event will be hosted via Discord voice chat in the FAM5 server. Channels will be added for the event.

How to Join:

• Type /I wish to join the BotC event, which will take place starting two hours after EoD, via Discord voice chat. I understand that it may take multiple hours. in the game thread and ping @FAMHost. If you simply type /in, this will not count. I want to be absolutely sure that you understand that this event will not be running right away, and might take a long time!
