I do definitely think vacations are more fun with people you morethantolerate. I love my family but vacationing with any of my family (maybe besides just me and my mom but idk) is an actively stressful experience and usually worse than doing nothing. But I liked the vacation I took with my boy friend man

I have been suffering every time my parents forced me to go anywhere. As a kid i was forced to go camping with tents with multiple strange adult people and their kids and i cried. As a teen i went camping with my friends only, no adults, by our own choice, and that was quite fun. I suppose having a choice and having control matters to me a ton. If im being forced to do something i dont want i will be really upset
