Fate/stay night reference.
The short version is that there are seven Heroic Spirits, each of whom have a Noble Phantasm (basically their Ultimate move).
Archerâs Noble Phantasm is Unlimited Blade Works.

On the topic of Fate, do you know how hard it is to find a Saber that Type-Moon hasnât already beaten me to?

Yeah the dice donât have numbers. Itâs successes and failures, and advantages and threats. Each pair cancels each other out. A check requires some number of total successes (after being cancelled by failures) to succeed. Regardless of the outcome, advantages do something positive for you and threats do something negative. Was easy to play and creates some interesting moments that arenât fiat. A player succeeded on attack but had a threat, so that meant they had stepped out of cover when taking the shot.
