The DM was almost as merciful as possible. Trying to remember more details and on the enemy turns they engaged our two frontliners but they were on either side of me. The enemies were 10 feet tall and with a 10 foot reach and their attacks innately had a chance to knock prone, and they could opp attack on the stride action. It got to my turn and I had to take a stride action or fall, and there was basically nothing I could do. Vertical movement is half speed so even if I went straight down, I couldnā€™t land in a single action, and there was a ceiling so I couldnā€™t try to go higher. It might be the situation where I felt the most owned in a TTRPG. But ya know I ended up learning a lot about fly speeds and what not, so thatā€™s a positive I guess.
