Locked and Lost. Generally triggered by conditions.
Disabled and Removed. Generally triggered by abilities.
The difference is: Lost and Removed abilities cannot be recovered, unlike unlocking a Locked ability, or enabling a Disabled ability.

First step you have to notice (beside the obvious ones), that each cornerpoint of the orange line has to be on the same realtive height from the three possibilities. (If one corner is low, than all corner is low.) This information basically solves the bulb for you.

Can you explain the logic behind the orange cells?
Orange is just top-left yellow.
Top-left yellow can’t be 5 because of Block 2.
So where does top-left yellow go in Blocks 3, 7, and 9?
