yeah i did too. it seemed that as long as you chew thoroughly and don’t have an outrageous amount, they should pass through your digestion system just fine

The only thing I didn’t like was the legs. They spooked me a bit. It looks a bit like a cockroach, this creature. I was probably supposed to remove the legs before frying, maybe? This seems so laborous to prepare

Shrimp are pretty easy to tell cooked status of, they stop being translucent and start being solid white

like fiber that you’ll often here about how you should make sure to get enough of and is found in plants. we lack the enzymes to break it down sufficiently, and yet it’s actively good for your digestion.
