And don’t let players schedule things. Please.

It puts unnecessary pressure on people who aren’t comfortable with it and gives unrealistic expectations to others about when people will be available

Epilogue: Arius Dalton

At the staircase of the Locum Institute, Arius was greeted by Death. He was not surprised, for he knew it was his time. It was around the time when the second floor was made accessible that he started hearing voices inside his head. He recalled a rumor from his aunts that his cousin Zoan also had this… “illness”.

Through the voices, Arius learned about his situation. The voices saw his life as mere entertainment, altering reality as they see fit. Arius was not shook. Ever since he had learnt of Zoan’s death, Arius had lost his sense of self-preservation. According to the voices, such was his “setting”. But whether the voices were speaking the truth or not did not matter to him. Because to him, Zoan was his raison d’être. The Institute was just his final means to meet him.

Arius held Death’s hand and the surroundings changed gradually. Mist oozed from the floor, before turning into a fog completely engulfing the two characters. Death walked forward, and Arius followed it. Onwards, to the cemetery where other “characters” die.

The first thing Arius saw at the graveyard was a tombstone. He could not read it, but he understood. It was Zoan’s tombstone. Arius removed his white ornate bracelet from his wrist, and put it on the soil in front of the tombstone. He then looked at the empty plot of dirt next to him.

“May I?” he asked. Death growled, but Arius understood it was its way of expressing approval. Arius walked in front of the tombless grave, [REDACTED].

Death was shook. It was not an orthodox means, but the conclusion was the same, so it let it slide. It sliced off Arius’ head and looked at his face.

He looked… at peace.

Death stared at it, before tossing it into the empty plot of land. Immediately thereafter the hole was completely filled with dirt. His grave was unremarkable, save for the metallic object in front of it.

And thus, Death went off to continuing its journey to putting nameless characters into eternal sleep.

Actually super close. 2/3 professionalism, 2/3 delightfulness and 2/3 harmonization.

Lmao. 3/3 physical, 3/3 relentlessness and… -3/3 anomalous affinity

I never played TOM, but T.O.M.M.Y.G.U.N was indeed fun. (Probably because we were openly insane in that game.)

I have been very forgetful ever since 5 years ago or something, but from what I remember… the previous installment had more stats that I understood better compared to Ad Vitam Aeternam. In this game, I basically never used at least half of the stats. (If anything, it was the players who use the stats to limit ourselves from noticing anything about other players.)

Her teddy bear, Cheddar, was actually an anomaly that she was siphoning power from to gain ridiculous physical stats. She was completely unaware of this the entire time. She thought everything non-anomalous was anomalous, and everything anomalous was non-anomalous.
The doorway was entirely normal this entire time.

Yeah, uh. This was obvious for me the moment you overpowered the cleaver woman.

She also thinks cheese can actually be grown, and that the house that was oozing black liquid, totally black-out was a simple plumbing issue and not anomalous at all.

(Fun fact! Renata’s head wound was not clotting because of time dilation!)

(She also remained unconscious for far longer than normal, also because of time dilation!)

Yeah! Playing with her was fun!

It’s just unfortunate that I couldn’t interact with her more. (And at the final moment, after Peter died, I had to ensure that there were no loose ends. I couldn’t afford to let Arius comfort Renata.)

Somerset was so, so fun to play. The bitch had a perfect pathway to getting money to pay rent, but blew it all on cheese, so she had to sell off her illegally obtained home under the guise of an off-shore tax haven private company in assistance with a guy who literally kidnapped children in order to consume people’s conscious for eternity
