The goal was to see how fast people could do problems efficiently
actually maybe it works for like
weeding out classes
the faster and more accurate, the better you did
yea 200 person class
down to 140 by end of it
me when most professions do not require you to do 6 hours worth of stuff in 2 hours
or at the least they advertise their profession that way 
(e.i. it is known by the time you go into the profession
like with game devs)

The issue is the whole âprestigeâ thing is very very real
