Yeah you’re right about unneccessarily escalating the situation, though I still retain that in case of self-defense you should fight, but only if you can’t flee.
I ve heard of many stories in the past, @tutuu I definetly think of seeking therapy, or maybe seek out self-help videos like healthygamergg or therapy in a nutshell.
I m really sorry for my earlier comment too, I worded myself kind of hollowly and shallow when the situation was rather more severe than I ve realized then.
I revise to say that it s okay you didn’t act then when these two were drunk, I have reasons to believe your environment is a little precarious, the thing with buying pepper spray is definetly reasonable and yes, use it as a last resort if the other wants to beat you up.
Unfortunately, and I remember now, I was in a situation that scared me too, there were 3 roma guys that were mocking my name and as I tried to quickly dash home but one of them brazen to dash with me as I was talking on my smartwatch and restrained me by grabbing onto one hand and being in the motion of punching me but I told him I am literally talking to my mom on my smartwatch (her still being on the line) and let me alone.
My sister and mom were paranoid from that moment and almost made consider violence each time I am picked on but decided against as I d usually be calm enough.
I still don’t know what takeaway I should have from my case. What if they genuienly tried to punch me for no good reason?
