Rules
Follow the Global Rules, as well as the Forum Game Rules.
This game has a minimum post count of 10 game-relevant posts per in-game day. Failure to meet will result in a warning the first time, substitution the second time. 0 posting will instead result in substitution on the first time.
Do not excessively AtE. Personally I would ask for even moderate AtE to not be posted. Please emotionally self-regulate
Mafia chat will be immediately made public after the end of game.
Alts are allowed and do not have to disclose their identity to the hosts.
Setup Information
7x Vanilla Town
2x Mafia Goon
During N0, the mafia is compulsed to divide the playerlist in two pools. This text message will be publicly announced by the host SoD1, and then the game proceeds as mountainous.
The rules for these pools are as follows:
- the first pool must contain exactly 1 mafia goon and 2 vanilla town
- the second pool must contain all the remaining players (1 mafia goon and 5 vanilla town)
Example:
Pool 1: katze, tutuu, Arete → town knows there is exactly 1 wolf here
Pool 2: May, Chomps, Gummy, Benguined, Ash, Arctic → town knows there is exactly 1 wolf here
Sample Role PMs:
- The Mafia factional kill is not assigned.
- The Mafia factional kill is mandatory. If no factional kill is submitted, the kill will be determined randomly from among living members of the town.
- The Mafia will communicate through a private Discord server.
Gameplay Information
- Phases will begin and end at 10:00 PM.
- Days are 48 hours. Nights are 24 hours.
- Eliminations are plurality-only, with two exceptions:
- During LyLo, votes are locked
- If a wolf is mechanically outed, I will enable hammer
- Sleep is a valid vote.
- Tied votes will result in the player reaching the tie FIRST to be eliminated.
- Self-votes are not considered valid votes.
- Voting will follow this format (see Section II).
- If a player needs to be modkilled during the day, their alignment will not be revealed until the day phase is over. Additionally, the day might immediately end with the modkill, depending on the situation. This is left to host discretion.
- A 0-posting player, going into the night, CANNOT make it alive to the next day (if no replacement is found). If no replacement is found, we will extend the night phase by 24 hours. If we still can’t find one, the slot will be modkilled.
