I kinda wanna use Houston earlier rather than later? It cuts off their event optionality, prevents the Bishop card from being used against us, and it means we could Blue a lot of the Midwest before locking it down with Silence.
If not, I think burning Recount to build CP and look to getting Media support in the Midwest would help.
Missile Gap is probably our Debate card from this turn.

What if we just lead off with Greater Houston, we don’t actually want to campaign in the South probably for this whole turn, so we may as well burn the movement costs immediately

Of the four Kennedy cards we’ve got, we wanna use Silence and Greater Houston. That leaves Missile Gap and Volunteers, and Missile Gap has the higher CP.
I could see an argument for playing it and going for Media Support to pull that into a 1st Choice issue, if we wanted to go that route?

I guess the question is the ordering of Silence and Greater Houston? If we do Silence first, then we can take a bunch of states with 1 cube and Marissa can’t touch them…
