The bigger problem is rest cubes.
Granted, they seem to have a cracked hand, so god knows if they’re gonna have any rest cubes at all.
it only is an issue if they also have a jfk/nixon card that is of a lesser value (I don’t think this is possible) and they go first in the debate

playing volunteers for event gives us momentum which gets halved rounded down at the start of the momentum phase
so if we preempt recount that’d put us at 1 momentum which then goes to 0

I like the idea of staying in the Midwest and locking our position down?
Problem is that things get rough if they have a 3CP card and bomb-rush New York, but we have Recount to counteract that.
The question is what states we want to try and keep together.
Michigan and Illinois are moderately safe, and those are our two big ones.
