I really don’t want to leave recount open to be activated or leave it open to fuck us over on debate

this does give us a moderately worse debate but given nixon has been playing haymakers they are bound to have some jfk sided cards that we can dunk on by forcibly activating
so remaining turns probably look like

now the question is how we use each instance of cp
I expect nixon to play a jfk sided card for cp on final phase in response to us running out of momentum by using final action recount preempted
