I think this is indicative of TMI. Because if you don’t know what Pigeon’s alignment is, (and so you don’t know whether he’ll end up being nightkilled or not) why would you be so sure it would resolve? It would only resolve if it was real, not if it was fake. Therefore I think you said this because you knew it was real, and knew Pigeon would die that night.

i meant resolve as in “if it’s fake the real protective will cc him some way or another, or he just Won’t Die signaling he’s fake”

There is another thing pointing to Magnus/Professor being W/W is the fact that they look like they are distancing and not trying to kill each other (hence Professor leaving their vote on Trochi over Magnus despite Magnus being the more likely flip based on vote count). If Magnus flips wolf Professor will use that to try and claim they buried a wolf/use it for towncred then push to kill Trochi

Gorta, literally read your post again. You are so conf-biased to the point where there’s just… no reason, no logic. This tends to happen when you have a gutread and then try to find evidence to match a conclusion you have already reached. You need to snap out of it.

This post irks me because it’s so easy to push on lowposters (I should know) and if most of the game is lowposters like Professor claims then that’s a surefire loss because with 3 wolves you can’t just have them in low posters. I have seen many town games lost following that line of reasoning and most of those games had wolves in high posters leading the game.

I did not say all of the wolves were in lowposters, and I literally acknowledged that there has to be villagers in the lowposters due to the number of them.

Honestly, that megapost where she compiled everyone’s votes and reasons kind of sealed the deal for me with this read. For this type of effort to come from someone who often has very little motivation when they wolf strongly suggests they… aren’t a wolf. Before this it was her worldbuilding paranoia of me/Frog, because while I thought it was a weird read the complexity and reference to a previous game to explain the paranoia that it could be happening again (especially given who she thought/thinks I am) make this perspective incredibly villagery. The cherry on top is that she doesn’t sound dead inside. Usually.

I don’t think we should give up on victory so quickly Professor. What are your current reads? I think it’s a good idea to establish a consensus towncore that almost everyone can agree is town first.
