If arete is town i’m gonna be a little :) about literally everything they’ve said and will lose a super large amount of respect for their town game but I truly do not disrespect arete enough to think they could be town and are posting like they are

and this I think is a post that Marshal just never makes as town, like, she’s trying to use OOG factors (her respect for me) to guilttrip me into not scumreading her and I don’t think villa Marshal ever does that (it is also maybe trying to set up an argument tomorrow like ‘oh, Arete was just playing so badly, that’s the reason I suspected them, definitely not because I was powerwolfing’)

trying to stop you scumreading her does not at all look like the purpose of that marshal post and i don’t realistically believe wolf them would be trying to do this rather than just getting you killed

I think there is a good chance I go over today regardless of what I do because multiple of the people on my wagon have stated that they’re going to be asleep at EoD so I’m planning to just focus on making really good legacy reads

are there any people that anyone here would feel especially likely to actually listen to me on and not just ignore, I can prioritize getting a good read on those people

The post didn’t feel bad faith but I can plausibly see arete picking up on those things regardless of their alignment, but my main concern is the way in which they recognize a lot of these things aren’t actually wolfy for Marshal but keeps it mostly on the down low. Not in the sense that it’s wolfy damage control, more in the sense that it kinda shows they are aware some of these things don’t really mean much more Marshal’s alignment (such as not being willing to hear people out, making conclusions first, and generally being tunneled/confbiased) but still factors them in any way. It’s not explicitly wolfy because I expect wolf arete to have an awareness of what they can get away with pushing things as actually AI for Marshal given their experience, but it basically renders the case unconvincing in this regard

it honestly feels like both marshal and arete are purposefully misrepresenting the other and know it which is frustrating and why we shld yeet one. marshals post about arete “always being right on marshals alignment” or something was equally as dumb. very possible one is wolf but i wouldnt be shocked to see it v/v.

ok I skimmed the Mist Iso, think she’s town but would not lock it in (paging @nutella ) she has a couple posts that feel gut-level townie (this one is sorta ‘bitchtell’ which I realize is a katze thing but I still think applies) also a few posts that make me feel like there are Gears Turning like responding to something that’s considered ‘classically wolfy but specifically only for lowmid-experience players’ with this is – I can see the thought processes bouncing around her head even…
