Pretty sure Childe is a wolf.
My reasoning is this: Wolves are known for killing. Childe has a gun. Therefore, only Childe can kill. So Childe must be a wolf.

i mean you don’t need to clear the gunholder beforehand; in that sense once you have 3 (or whatever the number of living wolves is) people everyone agrees to be town you can just auto through everyone else (in theory)
