I don’t know how confident you guys feel in the mechanics but I’ve given it a decently indepth lookover

I propose we start with Play Dwight Eisenhower as an event card, adding to AK, HI, CA, NY, IL, PA, TX
Although its probably better to let them start, it’d be an insane coincidence for them to do Eisenhower’s Silence on the literal first move (and even if they did, it’d be kinda a waste tbh)

general strategy:
Play the events of Dwight Eisenhower, Heartland of America, and Compact of 5th
Spend either Fatigue Sets In or Herb Klein on media
Spend Profiles in Courage last, use it on issues, ideally being able to strategically control the issues board from there
