In the actual game I’m pretty sure when you shoot people they flip but maybe that’s a home-rule

I checked the rules for Secret Hitler and the only time one would have to flip their card is if they are Hitler/Palpatine who was successfully elected Chancellor with 3 or more reds on board, or they get killed by the assassinate power.
