y’all let a suspicious person lead the elimination process. It went from “I think cloned and pidgeon bad” to “ok guys, let’s vote cloned”
I’m just being bi-partisan looking at the convo from the outside and seeing things people inside the convo might not be seeing.
Like a coach who has to tell the players what’s going on because the players are “too close to the action” to be able to tell what’s wrong with what’s happening on the floor.
First of all I hope that water spilling onto the laptop was an exaggeration because that fucking sucks if you managed to screw your laptop up, and hopefully you get a decent time to replace it or get it fixed without much hassle.
Like I said in my original reads list I had Aelin looking towny before off of a glance, then iso’ing her I saw like 90% scumreads and shading coming from her posts which prompted me to ask her about her townreads and reasoning to see what she answers back.

Inside of the spoilered filter was her reads, what did you make of them at the time?
She had my viewpoint minus a few things differentiating but it’s just placement of certain individuals but overall I found that it was fine and she as towny based off of that.
I fucked up this post should’ve started off by saying “I don’t mean to be a dick by doing this and if I was then I apologize” but I erased it on mistake because I changed the first paragraph so I can provide a better explanation of why I was asking the question.
You can kinda compare it to Hally when they ask questions that they see something for.
If you are trying to nullify the tonal argument against you, I’m not buying it. Regardless of disposition, villagers will feel naturally confused and panic during periods like EoD. Your posting didn’t reflect this - you didn’t seem panicked or concerned, which makes sense from a wolf perspective, as a wolf would have no reason to panic knowing the wagons were V/V.
Could you… actually provide some useful analysis at some point? If you are town, you are a sitting duck waiting to get ML’ed, because I legitimately can’t think of anything you have contributed.
Gorta, you are lucky I am on an alt and thus have to retain some form of composure, because this post really grinded my gears. You cannot expect people to follow your reads unless you explain them, and frankly your reasoning of “there are so many weird things there [Professor]” is not a real explanation.
Do you have literally anything else to say? I don’t know why Illwei and Magnus have entered the thread with pretty much no reaction to the flips.

Yes… and he also ignored the warnings from other players that most of his reasons to scumread Pigeon weren’t valid for him. Though this hypocrisy is so blatant I’m not sure he would be comfortable making an argument like this as a wolf. Of course this depends if he is self-aware as a wolf, which I am not really sure on.
Gorta, if you think about why I would do what I did, it only makes sense from a town perspective. If Frog makes a massive case on Pigeon, why would I then reject this case and push my own scumread on another villager as a wolf? Both outcomes result in a mislynch, but as a wolf why would I push my wagon over instead of letting Frog do his thing? All this achieved was shifting the blame for the flip over to me, which I would have no reason to do as a wolf.
Let me read over EOD actually I never got to it so it’s probably best to do so now.
Like the thing I’m seeing about Professor is this “Playing the hero” thing all game, from defending Leafia immediately Day 1, to defending Pigeon and talking about “Do you listen to the guy that knows how to read Pigeon after playing with him a bunch of games or the guy that’s played with him for the first time.”
I can see this being a towny perspective thing, I don’t know if it’s +EV or not for town given I don’t know who this is at all but he keeps implying that he knows how to read certain individuals and we’re just supposed to take his word for it.
Frog does scumread him from his SOD1 onwards, I’m just afraid this might be a TvT that’s going to get ugly as the game goes on but I’ll try to keep an eye on the process as this game goes on.
side note: someone might say this Squirrel post is TMI, but I don’t think Squirrel is likely to point this out as a wolf
I think Trochilidae had TMI that Pigeon’s claim was real. Every other player in the thread that commented on the claim showed at least some uncertainty on where it was likely to come from. It also doesn’t make sense how Trochilidae was confident the claim was real and should not be resolved today, and yet waited until just before the end of the day to place a vote on cloned which at this point was the only other viable elimination. This behaviour makes much more sense from a wolf waiting to see if others would ignore the claim and go through with eliminating Pigeon anyway (hence why Trochilidae didn’t really try to convince anyone it was actually a real claim and that they should move their vote ASAP).
I’ve also noticed that Magnus’ EoD looks shit here because he doesn’t seem to care about which one goes over which makes sense from a wolf knowing the wagons were V/V but I’ll make another post on this

Like I can see this being a towny post regardless of who Professor is forcing a vote on.
If you think about it the wagons were TvT and Professor is actually invested in who goes out and not just “Do whatever.”
Keep in mind a lot of this is me using the Ladd from MU idea of “Does this individual give a shit during EOD?” annnnd you can tell Professor gives a shit, which is a good look.
One of these players has flipped villager, and I was right that the case against them was for things largely NAI. How is it not +EV for town?
Completely irrelevant, but I want to save a post by combining these two together.

I need you to explain your read on me for a number of reasons.
- You need to see that you don’t have any real reason to scumread me, or at least not anything meaningful.
- I need to see if your “read” on me is coming from a wolf mindset to push agenda or a wrong villager.
- In the event that I flip, if you do not explain your read on me it is very likely that you will be chained tomorrow once people go back to see why I was actually scumread, and see that you had no real reason. I obviously do not want this happening if you are a villager, therefore you legitimately need to get your act together.
I don’t know who you are and I’m supposed to take your word for saying you know how to read specific players that have no correlation from my recollection.
Okay so finished EOD.
Eli just dropped a vote on Frog and dipped randomly, there should be 1 wagon there.
Also just a side note that even if Cloned flipped town, the way the dude handled Pigeon’s doctor claim, Cloned kinda just deserved to die in that if he’s going to play so suboptimal for town.
Finally I remember seeing this and it reminded me to respond to it now because why not.
There’s goofy shit but I’m not looking at that at all, like the way you’re approaching situations is how I’m approaching them except you’re actually talking about them and you’re wording them better than I can, so that’s basically why I’m townreading you so strongly.
Also your EOD looked good even if things didn’t go well for town itself. You at least took the PR claim as a PR claim and not like half the playerlist here who kinda just shrugged it off.

Let me re-iterate after posting that large wall but-
Eli was at EOD, just stated that Pigeon being underwhelming is NAI for him a few times, then just splattered a vote on Frog before disappearing the rest of EOD while the wagons were on Cloned and Pigeon, AKA: A town vs a Town PR.
So Eli needs to be a wagon.

nice gaslighting, you should remember then that my gut reads are pretty decent. I’ll case you later, but remember my gut is pretty accurate. Often times I just make reads from feelings and my own gut and I am correct. I will case you though and I will be able to prove you are bad in one way or another.

This is what I am trying to say when I say that my actions don’t make sense as a wolf, because all I achieved from pushing cloned over pigeon was the blame for the mislynch (which I could have left with Frog had I not begged people to go to cloned).
It wasn’t just me though. Eli, someone else with experience with Pigeon, also pointed out that most of what Frog was pushing Pigeon for were NAI. People should have listened to me given the existence of this +1, and it’s also a small reason I have to townread Eli at the moment.
It makes sense that wolves wouldn’t care that much about the wagons. However, I don’t think Eli would particularly care as town either because he has invested very little into the game. Eli caring/not caring about the game is NAI.
This is not gaslighting, this is me explaining two things:
- That you can’t expect your reads to be sheeped when you haven’t explained them
- That my stances and behaviour do not make sense from a wolf perspective
And on that note, I would like you to explain the wolf motivation behind these actions:
I am aware. You make reads based on gut, and often try to find reasoning to support your conclusions in a mess of conf-bias and lack of genuine evaluation as a villager. Why do you have an expectation that after you actually read my posts you will end up “proving I am bad”. This is what I mean when I say you have reached a conclusion before evaluating the evidence.
This is the only thing semi-redeeming, because you are at least considering that I have a chance of being innocent. I’m not sure why you didn’t include this in the initial post - perhaps you were concerned about how I was going to point out that you seem agenda’d in the way that you visibly expect to conclude that I am a wolf before looking at the evidence.
