Host accounts now automatically have their devices/locations hidden when they are given host permissions.
Additionally, people sharing an account can request to have them hidden by contacting a mod.
We’ve added a note to make people aware this is an option:
some funny quip relating to this feature, potentially jabbing at Chloe or perhaps joking about no longer being able to abuse this oversight

This isn’t true. Your exact city name isn’t general region. Not everyone lives in huge cities with hundreds of thousands of people. The smaller your city is the easier it would be to identify you
the smaller your city the less likely it is that an IP will be pinged there
like check the logins from my hometown

really its usually just gonna show up as wherever ur isp is routing shit and with whatever location they’ve given your traffic
