same, my shift today got moved from 3-9, to 2-9, to now 12-9, so yet another sunday where I lose what is basically the whole day

It’s loaded and a complete bait how is anyone supposed to actually answer it, you’re telling me people are conciously doing things that they know will get people to townread them but they aren’t doing it as a wolf?
no, I think town can easily answer what they think they’ve done that that’s townie
I think I have had a nice mix of tone, have consistently moved my reads around in a ways that should show my lack of tmi, have tried to understand peoples mind sets, have asked questions which I think help me understand players, have actively stated my wolf reads, and brought up a lot who i think is town
honestly my overall play is a lot weaker than it was 2 years ago, as Proph said, my ability to deep dive and analyze on a macro level is really weak because I am unable to focus anymore due to my a.d.d, but I still consider my micro game especially strong, as well as my ability to find partners, and read game states
the weakest part of this current game was my reaction to pressure day 1, which I dislike about myself
and again, the idea of “I know how to be town read when I am wolf”, is easier on paper than it is to actually show results for, because a lot of that depends on how the player plays, so the differences can be varying degrees of easier or harder to notice
I looked at May, Catbae, and you for example, as well as pandora last night, and in my opinion esecially despite Catbae’s reservations, I do think you all know exactly what to do as a wolf, in combination with your town games, that anything noteable is hard to find. Pandora on the other hand, I noticed a drastic difference in tone, and how they solve, which is what led me to where I am right now
Proph is another example, he hates wolfing, but he knows a lot of micro tricks that make him look townie, despite his posting being very stiff and usually radiating tmi
Im kinda still slightly indifferent about them, because I do kinda expect “more”, but if they arent dead by like day 4, I just assume they are a wolf, no offense to them of course

You guys seem like the most talkative/thread controlly/have clout people (sorry if I missed someone), so I figure that your slots seem the most important to figure out

I’m going to try and hunt down the pandora meta Wisp mentioned to see if he’s actually right about her being polarized.
that stuff i said to you about not liking wolfing was 100% a lie, i simply had 1 bad game and was playing off it to downplay my game - i tried to tell you this but you kept saying it so i made a joke out of it
I don’t think it tends to come out on the surface, the stuff I’m worst at is like, mechanical decisions and strategic planning - a lot of the players in this game were in The Worst Setup, where i destroyed my team’s chances due to some poor mechanical decisions
other than that, shrug, i have occasional lapses of motivation sometimes
i was kind of expecting to hate this since i saw someone posting a readslist that was essentially consensus suspects but i think the reasoning behind it is fine, was more in depth than i was expecting given the rest of meowl’s posting
i spend more time skimming catbae’s games and this game, even on MU, still doesnt help, some im just going to stop doing that
anyways, thats all the wrote, ill be on an off till later this evening, tmr is my day off, the only time ill ever be around for eod, unless we manage to go another whole week of this suffering

From reading her town game she’s posting a lot of one liners and posting a lot of rapid fire reads. She seems engaged in the game thread. She still has very little content but her posting feels more real-timey in this game? Might need to take a look at another town game, since she got executed D2 of this one.
In her wolf game, she’s posting similar rapid fire reads, but they’re not really asking inquisitive questions to others from what I’m seeing?
So yeah, the biggest thing I’m getting from this meta comparison is that pandora is actually somewhat inquisitive and as town while as wolf they’re more prone to just spam the one liner reads.
From looking at her ISO in April Showers The Third - MAFIA + NEUTRAL VICTORY - #1756 by pandora she is also a bit more inquisitive and is thinking about the game in a more fleshed out manner than she did in her wolf game.
In this game… I feel like she’s somewhat closer to her town meta if we are going off of strictly comparing these two games? These are the questions she’s asked so far in this game:
She’s also thinking about the game a bit more holistically and a bit more fleshed-out in this game than in the wolf one, and I kinda like how she got snippy with Wisp about hating self meta and how she disliked answering his question.
Idk, maybe Wisp looked at different games I was looking at, maybe this wolf game of hers is super old and she’s grown more as a player, but I’m getting the opposite conclusion here. I think pandora is more townie due to the meta dive.
Not sure when you’re back at a PC, but I would love to see what games you actually looked at when you get a chance, because I’m getting the opposite conclusion here.

The biggest thing I’m noticing between the two town games I looked at and the one wolf game is that she’s less inquisitive as mafia and slightly more inquisitive and thought about the game in a more nuanced manner as town.
Were you just looking at different games than me? Also I maybe suck at reading tone but her posting style is pretty similar across all games I looked at? Just a bunch of one liners and reads with little explanation.
