I vote we play Late Returns from Cook on issues #issues

economy and defense specifically. but I can give it until 5:00 tomorrow so ish can reset the clock and we can think on it

we should probably play the nixon +1 momentum card too, cuz since it rounds down we’d keep that momentum to next round (and start with 3 + whatever other momentum we end with). We kinda just have to momentummog next round.

I think we use Quemoy and Matsu to get 3 state support. 1 in NY and then 2 in the south. We should try our hand at gathering momentum

Maybe we do 3 in the south. Telegraphs our play, also, forces them into a corner where they have to use CP. If they carry some or many nixon-focused cards then that could be tough for them because they cant yet pre-empt anything
