The answer is extremely boring
I was doing a bit during character creation that required green skin and half orc was the easiest way to go about it (yes, i know they can have gray or any color really cuz of the whole human thing but it is much more plausible than say an elf)
drakor has since evolved from being a parody of that character into his own person now but that was my thought process
