do you mean something like this:

Drakor selects Slayer Talent → Ranger Combat Style and randomly selects the Archery combat style for no reason (obviously you would not actually do this, since you are not an archer). At level 2, you choose the Precise Shot bonus feat off the list of combat styles (using the fact that you’re getting it from the combat style to bypass the normal prerequisites. At level 6, he picks the Ranger Combat Style slayer talent again, this time choosing Improved Precise Shot as his combat feat.

If so, that is allowed, and generally regarded as one of the benefits of playing a slayer! (However, you would not be able to just pick the Ranger Combat Style talent every single time you get a new slayer talent.)
