i think i do fine at both via text / posting; irl i think im good at listening but i rarely feel comfortable to proactively talk. i have the capacity to and it shows when im drunk, i just dont feel trusting of people when im sober to let me be myself

I don’t have an official diagnosis because I have physical health issues which require doctors be very willing to take me seriously when I give them information & I don’t want to have anything on my file that would prompt them to dismiss me. But I have a neuropsych eval which basically says autism without saying it
